The plan we have designed in conjunction with KRS Consulting (of Minneapolis, MN) is called the LaBella Salon & Day Spa Associate Program: an 8-10th month intense mentoring and comprehensive educational program that creates a strong foundation for new stylist development. Once the program is completed, that individual will be fully prepared to go on the salon floor as a Level 1 Stylist.
